These conditions block the potential of the youths and young adults. In the &#8220;Fearless&#8221; project, a step-by-step approach is implemented. From a short, low-threshold screening on site &#8211; in order to first recognise vulnerable refugees and their need for treatment &#8211; to full-scale psychotherapy. At each stage, the project trains the relevant actors (interpreters, trainee psychotherapists, supervisors, peer support, refugee workers, etc.) and accompanies\/advises them in their work.
