The faculty of Education and Psychology of the University of Isfahan hosted the NET workshop, which was conducted by vivo member Dr. Mina Orang. <\/p>\n<div class=\"figure\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-2631\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vivo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/IMG_2545-WP-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.vivo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/IMG_2545-WP-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.vivo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/IMG_2545-WP-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.vivo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/IMG_2545-WP.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/div>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<div class=\"figure\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignnone size-medium wp-image-2632\" src=\"https:\/\/www.vivo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/IMG_2538-WP-300x200.jpg\" alt=\"\" width=\"300\" height=\"200\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.vivo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/IMG_2538-WP-300x200.jpg 300w, https:\/\/www.vivo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/IMG_2538-WP-768x512.jpg 768w, https:\/\/www.vivo.org\/wp-content\/uploads\/2019\/11\/IMG_2538-WP.jpg 1024w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 300px) 100vw, 300px\" \/><\/div>\n<p>Twenty participants, including master and PhD students in counselling and psychology, clinical psychologists, lecturers, and professors at the department of counselling in the University of Isfahan attended the workshop, learned about traumatic stress and its impact on brain and organism\u2019s coping mechanisms, Posttraumatic Stress Disorder, NET step by step treatment procedure, and dissociation and its implications in NET intervention, and practiced NET techniques in several large and small groups through observation, role play, and supervision.
