Two vivo founding members Prof. Dr. Thomas Elbert and Dr. Maggie Schauer received the Carl Friedrich von Weizs\u00e4cker-Prize for their outstanding research on the consequences of traumatic experiences. The German National Academy of Sciences Leopoldina and the \u201cStifterverband f\u00fcr die Deutsche Wissenschaft\u201d give the Carl Friedrich von Weizs\u00e4cker-Prize to researchers who “have made a significant scientific contribution to tackling the great challenges facing society today”.<\/p>\n
